Oh man, I've eaten a lot today already and I'm still starving. I've tried drinking more water and nothing is helping. Doesn't help that I'm stuck at work and it's slow and I have a thing of pringles and the rest of my peanut butter m & ms sitting right next to me. What to do!? I'm starving!

This morning I made a new goal for myself that I am not going to have any alcohol until my birthday, which is Oct. 28. I am really going to stick to it. I have my wedding dress fitting on Oct. 30 and I want to be done to at least 230 by then, which is about 30 lbs. I know I can do it if I stay away from the alcohol.

Worried about weighing in on Wednesday. I ate pretty bad over the weekend, not enough water, lots of sodium. Hopefully I can at least break even and will have to make sure to really watch it today and tomorrow. I really don't want to go up again.

I'm trying to quit smoking. Not going so good. Just wants to make me eat. I totally had Twix and Cheetos today, which I usually can avoid. man this sucks. I might have to get some help this time instead of trying to quit cold turkey.
