I was at 255 yesterday, but then last night I decided it would be a good time to blow the diet with a lot of ravioli in alfredo sauce and also a nighttime snack of chips and salsa. Very smart of me :) I'm very upset with myself, but will just keep on ticking.

Have NOT been doing well. Today I weighed myself and I was up 3 lbs since Thursday!! I can't continue with this teeter tottering and just need to stick to it and stop messing up. I am really disappointed with myself! I went to the store today though and my fiance and I really only bought good food. Tomorrow I am going to make some healthy chili and bake some chicken for the rest of the week. I did well in the past when I pre-planned my week out. I will do this tomorrow. I thought NOT drinking the last few weeks would make things better, but that was not the case. So tonight I'm going to drink and I'm going to remember that it is the food that I have to watch and that is it. My body really reacts to carbs and sodium, so I will have to stop eating a bagel for breakfast every morning. I bought some bagel thins so hopefully those are better.
