Eat as much as I want of... what?
I'm looking for a few ideas of things that I can fill up on, just eat whenever I'm hungry, without worrying (as much). What are some very low cal foods that would fit this, something for between more substantial meals. I often eat apples, and some times raw veggies with fat free ranch (though I sometimes fall into the trap of overdoing the dressing).

What's you're low-cal snack of choice?
