was out of the house all day yesterday and fely like I didn't have many choices where I was at with eating. Didn't even post my food yesterday because it was absolutely shameful. Today is a new day full of discipline and positive thoughts. I still lost another pound and want to run around the house screaming. I'm on my way slowly but surely.

Had a few drawbacks and trying to fight the power of sugar and tortillas, but I feel better and more in control now. have been busy and need to find time to exercise. The Paleo diet for me is ideal because I don't feel hungry or like I cant eat what I like and bonus*****it works.
