yah so I discovered that you should stick to your diet. No brainer I suppose. I am working on the Paleo Diet so stick with it. I would do my own thing and eat a sub from Subway or deviate by having a hotdog on or off the bun and I could fluctuate from one day to the next. Stick to the plan, it usually works. Now at a good pace and keeping it that way. TYJ

Realizing weekends are pretty rough for me. I ate less calories, but like I stated before having to find the right food can be difficult. Hubby kinda got mad at me for telling my friend I could only eat certain foods if I went to a gathering. I said it nicely because I am serious, but I don't think people take it as seriously if they are not doing it. On to this week. No formal exercise done since Saturday I ran a mile. I have been walking like crazy running errands. Focus Daniel San

Keep coming off! I realized that you need to do some sort of exercise regardless if it isn't the typical hour in the gym. Get up and move. The exercise journal has sitting and standing as an exercise. If you are doing either, keep track of how long. You will be surprised as to how much you are burning throughout the day.
****Update
I was able to increase the amount of time that I jogged compared to walking to make my mile. whoohoo! I also increased my time from 13.22 to 12.39 for my mile. Two more days for the one mile and I am hoping to be able to jog the last 1 1/2 laps to go the whole way and make my time 12.0 flat at least.
