I hurt my back at the end of my training week last week. I was doing my first set of Lateral raises and it was a weight I had been at for some time without issues. I think my muscles weren't warm enough maybe. I just felt my back pull during the 6th rep out of nowhere followed by two days of a lot of pain. I saw my chiropractor who said there was definite subluxation with pinching of the nerve between the fascia. He was able to alleviate the issue ALOT and I'm doing TLC at home. My two rest days this week became four. I'm still not 100% today but no longer waking up from pain at night. Today I am trying to push myself to start Day 1 but I'm honestly so nervous. I cannot get hurt. Too many people rely on me. I have to do this though!! So please let me be safe!! 🙏

I fell asleep early last night before I could get in my fourth meal or snack. So my intake was low for the day. I slept really well. Yesterday I woke after 10 hours of sleep. Like my body was desperate to catch up on all the shorter nights lately. Now last night I had a clean eight hours. So it's early to bed early to rise today. Getting things done around the house this weekend that have been on the to do list for a while.

My bike has been SO hard to pedal the last three days. My quads are on fire, I'm taking shorter routes and down shifting on flat ground. What is going on?? Welp day1 I should have figured out that the back tire was low on air. So now I just feel stupid because the tire was almost completely flat 🤦♀️ Sometimes you have to laugh at yourself. I only have 2 more work days left til summer! Surviving on coffee these days. Happy Friday
