Hi :) Proud mother of a 2 years old boy that keeps me busy all day long. Gained 25 kg with the pregnancy and they do not seem to want to melt.

Trying the Keto diet/ lifestyle hoping also to help with my MS .

I hope I can do this for year and longer if possible. Lots of challenges ahead: trips, holidays . Will take them one at a time :)
