This is the end of being fat, im sick of it and i always quit. Im DOne! Everyone else seems to be able to do it and i always give up. I'm going to my first hot yoga class tonight. I'm a little nervous... Maybe that i'm going to have a hard time. I'm very excited at the same time. I HOPE I LOVE IT!!!!

PMS weeks bust my ww plan. i do so well until my pms week. it sucks. so i'm going to just try to drink tons of water through this awful week that plagues me.
