I took my picture for my before shot, i have never disliked my body so much! I have never felt so down on myself. I hate feeling this way but damn i have not did a great job taking care of my body. THat sucks because i am twenty four years old. Ridiculous! I'm ready to start this challenge.

The last few days....i have been gorging myself. Why? I don't know nothing. Just felt like it. Its horrible, i must think that because i've been working out i can eat whatever and whatever amount i want. NOT THE CASE!

HOT YOGA was interesting...Weird smells, interesting poses and alot of SKINNY People. A little scary for someone a overweight and out of shape. It was definately something i had never done. I can still move thats a good thing... RIGHT? Would i do it again??? Maybe. I did find out i really like classes. When i do yoga at home its rough, because i do the first few moves with the virtual leader, then i sit on the couch and watch. When you are at a class you are forced to do your best and push your body to its limits. THE HOtt part of hot yoga, you don't even notice really. I LIKED IT!!!! It maybe awhile before i go again. Only because i want to see what other classes i might like more. Try something NEW. IT was fun and I'm glad i did it.
