Finding it very difficult to eat today....hot and humid feel sleepy...managed to still get over 1000 calories through coffee and fruit juice tho not bad just need to munch on high fiber stuff later because fiber is the most important thing IMO....i've got an avocado and the free from tesco seeded bread is really high fiber....highest i could find so will try and have that later and maybe a hot chocolate with loads of cocoa because that's high fiber too....good excuse for chocolate :)

Thank YAH for the wonderful amazing food he gives me...i cant believe how good singapore noodles and sweet potato coconut soup tastes and it was reduced in tesco and cost me 62p and 41p and is like the magic oil pot....i've only had a third of it in the bowl and only had a quatreo of that and stuffed...i didnt intentionally go vegan or beggie but i just started eating that way and then came accross all these scriptures forbidding the eating of flesh...blood....dead animals and i've done this a few times in my life....i feel better mentally, physically and spititually when i do not eat meat....also and sorry if you easily grossed look away now....but thesse observations are real and our dirty filthy bodies are real and my period smells 100x better when i'm veggie or vegan but if i eat meat it smells revolting....like dead meat....sorry i said it was gross but reality is gross....my BO, poo and piss all smell 100x better when i don't eat meat....i'm not trying to sell this diet or persuade anyone i'm simply stating fact....i used to eat steak...blue steak and black pudding....i have no axe to grind but i am a lover of truth a seeker of truth and sometimes/often that leads me in a direction that goes against my will but i cant deny it and that makes some people really hate me literally even try to kill me
