Magdalenas de Vainilla sin Mantequilla

Magdalenas con sabor a vainilla sin mantequilla ni margarina.

Directions

  1. En un bol, mezclamos la harina blanca con la levadura.
  2. En otro, más grande a poder ser, montamos los huevos y el azúcar. Una vez montados, añadimos la mezcla de harina y levadura, montamos hasta que quede una pasta uniforme, y añadimos la leche. Quedará tirando a líquido, como natillas, pero es normal. A esta mezcla final añadir las dos cucharaditas de aroma de vainilla.
  3. Hornear a 180º hasta que la superficie esté dorada y al pinchar con un palillo el interior, salga más o menos seco.
