  2. В большой сковороде разогреть растительное масло на средне-сильном огне. Выкладывайте картофельное тесто большой ложкой на сковороду и слегка прижимайте оладьи лопаткой.
  3. Жарить приблизительно 4 минуты, с каждой стороны, пока не подрумянятся.
  4. Подать на стол.
