  1. Mélanger ensemble les oeufs, le sucre, la vanille et le miel.
  2. Ajouter le beurre, la farine et la levure.
  3. Laisser reposer minimum 1h voire toute la nuit. Le temps de repos est indispensable pour obtenir la jolie bosse.
  4. Préchauffer le four à 240. Enfourner pendant 4 minutes puis baisser à 200 pendant 6 minutes.
