I got my bike out yesterday for day 2 of the 10 minute challenge. It was so windy! I tried the new cardio trainer app that I downloaded for my droid. It was so cool!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
