skinny diet buddies
This is a great thread! I've felt this way for years. I am 5'2" and at my heaviest weighed 172. I now stick around 140ish. It's hard to lose weight when you are fairly average. I'd love to have some buddies on the site!

I just started the Biggest Loser Yoga For Weightloss. I really like it. I felt like it was a good workout and I was sore for a couple of days after the first time.

bad day
I love the Lean Cuisine meals! I eat one almost every day for lunch. I also like to make sandwiches even though lunch meat is usually high in sodium. I also (if time permits) make a big batch of something one day and freeze it into smaller portions to eat for lunches or dinners later!
