My weight fluctuated for the last two weeks. I went back to eating solid foods so that made me heavier. I also worked out twice a day a few times last week. I'm going to see how long I can continue these two a days. Time to set a new target weight- 280 lbs here I come!

299.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How many calories are you on? I started end of Jan. @ 298lbs . Weight this morning was 272 lbs. I have been losing slowly. I started at 2,000 calories now I'm doing 1,900 calories. I still find it hard to eat that much. I have been at a stand still for acouple weeks.
