First time weighing myself in months and the number was about 15 pounds less than I expected so that’s good. I was working out around 4 days a week with dumbbells until I apparently injured my shoulder somehow. I can still do cardio and AB’s so I’m gonna focus on that from an exercise standpoint. I’m getting back to being consistent with tracking what I eat and I’m setting a goal for myself to be down to 330 by next week. Let’s see how this goes.

I want to be more consistent with posting on here as a way to keep myself accountable when it comes to my food choices. Bare with me everyone. Been getting up at 4:30am for the past week to get my workouts done. It backfired on me a little Brit because I’ve been hungry as a hell all day. I’ll be prepared to eat better this week and hoping for a nice number loss this week.

Been hitting my workouts hard this week. Really trying to fall in love with the process instead of fantasizing about the results. Has t been the cleanest eating week but I think the workouts will carry me to a good loss on the scale this week.
