This was my birthday week. I decided to not count calories or anything for the whole weekend. It seems as though I did ok because I didn't gain any pounds. Back on strict diet starting today so I can weigh under 200 lbs by July 12th opening day at Franklin Woods Community Hospital.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
