Hmph! I thought with running hills outside in triple digit temps I might loose more weight! Not too happy, but down is better than up. Can't imagine what it is going to take to get to my goal. I am not eating a ton of calories either. I really need to start putting my food in FS again. Wish my phone would come back from being repaired. Motorola, I am getting sick of not having a phone.

Okay, having looked at my food it is rather high in fat and sugar. Maybe I should be surprised that lost anything at all.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
