Even with eating out at Chinese, and Easter Sunday meal. I was very careful and was worried. I only got in three days of workout, Mon, Tues, and Thur. I love progress and staying my schedule of two pounds per week has been relatively easy. YEAH!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
