A week on holiday with the kids so eating out all the time so didn't follow diet too much. Still very happy as managed to lose 0.4 kg this week. Back to work next week in Africa and hope can stick to plan. 4 months in lost around 17 Kg but feeling more energy than have done in a long time.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
