Words cannot describe how annoyed I am with this. My day is packed full and I must go on so I will stay the course and be nice. Because I feel like Ivan The Terrible. Off to the dentist. (At least I won't be able to talk) :)

125.2 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
