I have put myself through hell the last 2 days doing 30 day shred. I weighed myself today. I haven't lost 1 f-ing thing..... I don't know what else to do. Nothing I'm doing is working. Apparently my new weight is 234 and nothing I do is going to change that.

I am really starting to get upset. I've changed my calories up and down. I tried running, strength training and now 30 day shred. Not 1 ounce lost.....
234.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
