I made it through day 1 of level 1 of 30 day shred. It really wasn't that bad. I had to modify some of the stuff. I quit doing the jumping jacks and the jump rope moves because I started to feel my left leg cramp and I didn't want to pull a muscle. Hopefully my leg doesn't get very sore. I just got done icing my leg. I wasn't sure if I could make it all the way through. I'm very proud to say I made it with out many problems. If my leg doesn't hurt to bad tomorrow I'll do it again. I'm going to try and do it every day.
