Honestly I feel that this weekend was a mess work wise and diet wise (eating more than 800 calories after 8pm). The only saving grace is I put in some family and friends time. I guess the best thing about recording a diary and reflecting everyday is that I do not go off the rails too badly and can resolve a situation that has just begun to become a problem. I also need to fix my metabolism problems but I will only touch those after losing 4.6 more kg's which I hope will take me about 2 weeks. So for now will be hard yakka, exercise, green tea and balance.
265.9 lb Lost so far: 73.9 lb.    Still to go: 74.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
