2 day low carb following 1 day of fasting and modest normal eating the rest of the week is so easy to follow, almost no countng. I feel better. Although very slowly I am losing weight. I was able to follow this last week with adjusting my days due to a very hectic schedule and not eating what is "good" for me for a couple of days and still lost 1/2 pound.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
