Ugh, I've gained way too much in the last couple of months, it's time to get back to seriously watching my weight, counting calories and working out. I've managed to turn drinking two liters of water into a habit for the last couple of days and I feel like that's been helping a bit.
128.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
