Starting to feel better from my cold and happy to have lost weight yesterday. I read something interesting that fluoride in tap water slows the metabolism by affecting the Thyroid. Under active Thyroid = Slow Weight Loss. Therefore in the hope of losing that extra 100-200g per week or approx 2.6-5kg per 6 months by doing nothing I will cut out all non filtered water. I will get what little fluoride I need from Green Tea. Anyway will continue to soldier on.
266.5 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
