I need to stop eating so many carbs, OMGosh why do I like them so much?

because our bodies need them to properly function and after not eating many or any for a long time the body craves them for that reason and to use as fuel for energy... basically.
Just eat less of them, or, split the amount you want to have of whatever foods throughout the week on different days, so you can enjoy them, and still meet your weekly goals

Thanks Deadpool12345 this helps. I was thinking if I ate less I would loose more of the fat I’m carring with me every day? I’m new at this weight loss thing.

You are correct, less calories will equal weight loss. But you don’t want to consume too low, or that will cause more problems then good. So start of with a moderate deficit in calories and see how you feel after a couple of weeks and increase or decrease the amount in small incriminates depending on how much you’re losing and how you’re feeling in general.

If wanted to try and lower your carbs, at least a few days a week, you could substitute an egg (or egg whites if you must) in place of cereal at breakfast. See how you like it.
