Sometimes it's encouraging to look at your weight graph. That just helped me. Steady as she goes.

I use a tape measure and measure my body because I at times I have food sensitivities to eating things and that makes the scale crazy so I weigh in monthly or it will drive me bonkers...its fluctuation your fine as ever
