Gone up in weight and feel happy. My belly measurement has gone down one inch, so the weight gain is muscle growth related.

Have had a wild time with menus lately, and have now settled with one pound meat per day, two eggs, and a small amount of cheese, seeds, almonds, raspberries and blackberries.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 103.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week
