Got to the gym yesterday not for a hard workout but to try out my new knee straps and see if they helped with knee pain and if I could carry out a leg workout. I was surprised at the effectiveness of these. I squatted like I have never squatted before. I actually stopped in fear of hurting myself. Long Story short I should have started using those straps sooner considering weight I was at. Anyway also ordered some other less intrusive knee guards of Ebay and amazon will see how they go. May main focus this week is on how I can lose 2.1kg by Monday. I will need a mini-plan of attack.
273.2 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
