I joined Curves and have been going at least 3 times a week. We are suppose to weigh in once a month. I cheated and weighed today. i wish i hadnt. i alway ask the lady's at the gym, how long have you been working out? and how much weight have you lost? They say you may not see results at first but then you just start dropping. we will see.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

i really enjoy the weekly weigh ins here. i don't think i could go a whole month! you have to remember if you are doing weights it might be muscle gaining not just losing the weight... so measure your waist, arms, ect. i am droping slowly but can see such a difference already! good luck!
