I don't know how you do it when you work with food all the time. Look at your weight history though, you are doing a very good job. You can do this - remember your goals.

Thanks for the kind words...I purchased some of the Atkins bars, to maybe help with my sweet tooth lately (I only eat half), also some shakes to help to curb my appetite. Things are looking better with a few situations here at home, so now my mission is to record a 2lb loss by next Monday! Thanks again this really is a great place to come to for good or bad stuff!

There are a lot of Atkins approved desserts. Have you looked up any of the recipes on the Atkins site? I have one for a SF root beer float. Going to be making Baylor's pumpkin pie tonight. And theres always SF jello.
