I ordered the Julian Bakery Bread (1) Carb you can order online and it was great! I needed to have a warm crusty toasted piece of bread. We will see what the scale says tommorrow. http://www.JulianBakery.com Hope I can post that website. Expensive but I am worth it!!! A nice treat for once in awhile.

Yup!! I finally hit the 70's!!!! WHooPEEE!! if anyone cares out there??

Slowly but surely, I will get into the 70's....I think I said that over a month ago. Determination and not getting frustrated with myself are the key words for today. Hope everyone has a great and safe Holiday.
