Surprised at how much I lost. Still going to Curves 5 days a week and trying to eat only what is on my Jenny Craig meal plan. I think the Curves circuit is really helping.
140.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
