Happy with weight-loss. My day was busy yesterday however kept the eating right maybe too much protein. I am starting to get a clear head around things which is good. Went to see doctor regarding my knee, so will get a CT scan first and if they can see anything I may have to get an MRI. Will see how I go.
278.4 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
