Okay dang it...I want off this bounce house ride of weight!! UP, DOWN, UP DOWN.....WE ARE DONE W/THE UP!!!! Let's now move along to down only please!!!!!
252.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Hang in there. Odd things cause temporary gains; water retention, eating too much cheese (lol, I'm talking about constipation). You'll be down again next week if you stick to your plan (whatever that is, I haven't read your food/exercise diaries) .
