So happy with my maintenance of late, plus small losses! One more pound to wedding weight, of (cough, cough) years ago. Debating whether to work on the holding pattern to assure that I can keep this, or start a new phase of loss by adding exercise. I know I'll do the exercise for the next step eventually, but kind of want to be sure I can really hold steady before I tackle more.

Great job!!! You should be really proud of yourself (: Maintenance is the hardest part. I'd work on figuring out what that sweet spot is for your caloric intake. Exercise will help with maintaining. I'd recommend 20-30 minutes of resistance training (weights), 3 times a week to start. It will help tone muscle better than cardio, and is a little easier to squeeze into your weekly routine. Add some cardio as you feel necessary. I like yoga, as my cardio, because it's a little easier on the body and has more mental health benefits, and helps with flexibility as well.
