Bread last night and my aches are improving I'm eating protein at every meal
152.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Bunny said it could be any number of things and if the loss of feeling doesn't improve for you to see a neurologist.😞
