Usual weight, it was 173 pounds before shower.

Evening: Stair Master workout was great... was able to burn 850 cal in 48 mins. Started at L12 Level for 12 minutes and down to L10 for 24 minutes and L12 back at the last 12 minutes.

Need to extend the time to 60 minutes, then could burn 1000 Cal a day that will be a perfect solution for longterm, workout one hour a day and burn more than a meal.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
