Down 3 since last Friday. Woot!

I got to bed too late last night and I am TIRED. Trying to talk myself into going to the gym. Woke up knowing I wasn't headed that way...damn it. If I do go, I have to get out of here in the next 15 minutes or so. Hmm....
220.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

congrats on the 3lbs.. definately a reason to celebrate in a non food way. As for this gym situation is there any possible way you could do some home exercises? or incorperate something later today? I am sure you will do what is best for you. Have a great day and weekend too.

Thanks! I didn't make the gym...which proves I have to get enough sleep. I have kettlebells, medicine ball, ab wheel, balance ball, etc at home...but since I am working 2 jobs now, my schedule is tight. Got home tonight 8:30-9 (after stopping at my mom's) and ate dinner. So to get my exercise in, it has to be before work and on weekends. As long as I get my rest, I'm good to go on exercise!
