I'm sticking to my daily calories pretty well, and cut out all alcohol. It's been tough but I also feel so much better already.
Gym class yesterday pushed me too far. My shoulder is venturing into pain territory.

I think I need to be more careful with the strength training. Losing weight should help too. Im so sore I'm not sure I can do any workout today other than walking. But hey, Im learning how much my body can safely handle.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
