I have a weekly exercise plan now. 2 classes (Monday and Sunday), they include working on cardio (cycle mostly) and strength (body and free weights).
Wednesday and Friday I do mostly cardio, with some additional body weight exercises, on my own at the gym.
It's a lot considering I went from doing nothing, to this. I feel so much better on days I exercise, I really need this to become a new habit for me.
My main meals aren't changing too much, I'm mostly just taking away certain calories. I don't snack between meals. I've cut out alcohol, except on special occasions. When I go out to eat, I'm picking lower calorie meals (aka staying away from fried foods).
The fact that I'm already feeling better is a great motivator for me. I need this for me, and my family.
