I feel so badly...
I just emotionally have not been doing well which unfortunately has translated into my diet. I have been eating and drinking poorly.

I'm going to the grocery store to stock up on more healthy food. And I'm skipping my art meeting tonight so I can make sure that I get a really good workout in.

Oh Blue Bugattis...I'm trying!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Awwee. It s going to be ok! We all go through times in our life that we have set backs. But its going to be ok!! A good workout will make you feel better!!

I would take the art meeting, you can get the exercise anytime. :-) With many emotions, time is a great healer. Be good to yourself and possibly a little (not a lot) stricter on the SBD. If you don't lose weight at the pace you would like, watch your overall consumption of food a little more closely, calories add up. One you break into a clear downswing it will get easier until you reach your goal. The benefits will become evident on an almost daily basis and you should feel better in all aspects of your life. It's really simple once you make up your mind to get healthy. Good luck Kas!

winter blues are here I think. Good idea to go to the grocery- get some good fresh foods you love and nothing bad for you out of a bag or box. One day at a time. Losing weight is tough-it goes on so much easier and faster and "funner" than taking it off...BUT on those days when the scale says good things and the clothes feel better and you feel better then it's worth it. be good to yourself. be healthy

Yes, I agree w/info... the art can be so healing... just do some great stretching afterwards and a mild work out after that? Get up, dust off and get back behind that wheel and drive it like you stole it babe!! You can do THIS! :)

Don't give up the art meeting. Food is only a part of who you are, and dieting, the rest coounts and will probably lift your spirits. Don't make your life all about food. You'll get it soon!!!!

I think the stretching will help you out a lot. It doesn't take very much time and it can help your mood. Even if you don't lose much you can still help our team with the challenge. Don't worry! :)
