Going Well, literally forced myself to go the Gym last night and did basic cardio which took all my willpower and more but it was worth it. This helped me to wake up this morning and attend a morning gym class. During morning session I got to thinking and for next 2-3 months I will be running totally clean and planned, just enough food and no more, No hap-hazard exercise but planned reps and tracked weights, enough sleep hopefully my sons don't wake me up as has been a tendancy. Will see how I go but I am giving it every bit of strength I have.

You can try, but strict planning failed me couple of times. The only reason - it's very hard to "plan in" icecream or chocolate :-)

Hi Dimavs agree with you, however I am fortunate that when I set a goal I am like a dog after a bone I do not stop. I have also learnt to substitute cravings for items such as Pork Ribs, Steak other less guiltier pleasures that wont stop my Ketosis, Cheers
