Down one after a very trying week. Craved and gave into many chocolate cravings, skipped the gym multiple times. Tomorrow is meal planning and prep and I’m motivated to give myself better options. Besides I ate all the candy in my house already so there isn’t any left to indulge in 😑😬
132.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
