We’re having a pot luck lunch at work today and it was also weigh in day for our company weight loss challenge. I lost 4 lbs in the last week! And so now I feel like I deserve all the treats my coworkers brought in. Already had one donut and a snack pack of peanut butter trail mix but it’s pretty much all sugar. Trying to drink lots of water and stay distracted!
