This morning's weight was a pleasant surprise. I've entered territory I didn't know I could reach without exercise. It shows just how much habit can rule things. By being intentional, I've managed to purge things and not feel deprived or lacking. I'm still managing to treat myself on occasion, not feel guilty and keep moving down. I think my body has been waiting for me to get my act together for quite a while. Glad I finally got body and mind on the same page!
174.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
