This is not a dress rehearsal... LETS GO!!! My caloric intake was a little high on Saturday and Sunday even though I did not go over my RDI. What this tells me is that in order to see a better result I need to keep my intake right at 1200 calories per day if possible. Other feelings during this time: I was reminded of the clothes I want to wear and the general feelings of well-being. I don't want to trade this in for nothing!!!

186.0 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
